1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on both defective and non-defective items under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Products must be in new, unused condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and materials must be included

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be denied or subject to partial refunds.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photo evidence if the product is damaged or defective

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Damaged Items: We cover the return shipping costs
  • Non-defective Items: Customers are responsible for return shipping

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return. We are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

4. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible items under the same conditions as returns. If you would like to exchange a product for a different item or variant, please indicate this in your return request email. Once we receive your original item, we will process the exchange.

5. Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days back to your original method of payment.

Important Notes:

  • We do not charge any restocking fees
  • Refunds apply only to the product cost; original shipping charges are not refundable if the item was not defective
  • Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your bank or card issuer

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include a description of the issue and clear photos so we can resolve the matter promptly with a replacement or full refund.

7. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or final sale purposes, certain products may not be eligible for return. However, our metal wall art is generally eligible for return unless marked otherwise on the product page.

8. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are processed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. If the order has already shipped, you may follow our standard return process upon delivery.
